CONGRATULATIONS! IBDAL SATAR HAS SUCCESSFULLY PUBLISHED TWO OF HIS RESEARCH IN HIGH IMPACT REPUTABLE JOURNALS

Congratulations to Ibdal Satar for successfully published two of his research in a High Impact Reputable Journals.  The first research entitled “Feasibility of Ni/Ti and Ni/GF cathodes in microbial electrolysis cells for hydrogen production from fermentation effluent: A step toward real application” was published on May 12, 2021, in International Journal of Energy Research (H-Index: 88; SJR: 0.785; Impact Factor: 3.741).  This research has aims to investigate the feasibility of titanium (Ti) and graphite felt (GF) coated with nickel (Ni), and to generate hydrogen from the fermentation effluent (FE). The electrodeposition (ED) method was used to deposit Ni catalyst onto Ti (Ni/Ti) and GF (Ni/GF) surfaces. 

His second research entitled “Performance of nickel-iron foam (Ni-Fe) cathode in bio-electrochemical system for hydrogen production from effluent of glucose fermentation” was published on July 11, 2020, in Journal Materials Science and Engineering: B (H-Index: 111; SJR: 0.944; Impact Factor: 4.706). This study systematically evaluated the application of Ni-Fe foam as a cathode in dual-chamber BES, while effluent of glucose fermentation as a substrate in the anode side.

Selamat kepada Bapak Ibdal Satar yang telah berhasil mempublikasikan dua hasil risetnya dalam High Impact Reputable Journals. Adapun riset yang pertama berjudul “Feasibility of Ni/Ti and Ni/GF cathodes in microbial electrolysis cells for hydrogen production from fermentation effluent: A step toward real application” dipublikasikan pada tanggal 12 Mei 2020 di International Journal of Energy Research (H-Index: 88; SJR: 0.785; Impact Factor: 3.741). Riset ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kelayakan titanium (Ti) dan grafit felt (GF) yang dilapisi dengan nikel (Ni), dan untuk menghasilkan hidrogen dari limbah fermentasi (FE). Metode elektrodeposisi (ED) digunakan untuk mendepositkan katalis Ni pada permukaan Ti (Ni/Ti) dan GF (Ni/GF).

Riset kedua beliau berjudul “Performance of nickel-iron foam (Ni-Fe) cathode in bio-electrochemical system for hydrogen production from effluent of glucose fermentation” dan telah dipublikasikan pada tanggal 11 Juli 2020 di Journal Materials Science and Engineering: B (H-Index: 111; SJR: 0.944; Impact Factor: 4.706). Penelitian ini secara sistematis mengevaluasi pengaplikasian busa Ni-Fe (nickel-iron foam (Ni-Fe) sebagai katoda pada BES dual-chamber, sedangkan efluen fermentasi glukosa sebagai substrat pada sisi anoda.
